We are aware that changing to a new dentist can be stressful and worrying. We understand that it is important to have complete confidence in the professionals who are providing your care. What should I expect from my first visit?
On your first visit to the practice you can expect a comprehensive examination, scale and teeth polish by the dentist, dental X-rays and a treatment plan.
Are you taking new patients?
Call (07) 3290 0262 to talk to one of our friendly team members and book in for an appointment.
You can also complete our new patient form online.
What age should my child start visiting a dentist?
There are many variables for when a child should first visit the dentist. Generally, we recommend that a child should be introduced to the dentist at the age of 3.
However, if you have concerns or notice anything out of the ordinary about their teeth it’s better to be safe than sorry so book in for an appointment straight away.
Do you offer same-day claiming?
Yes, we have a HICAPS machine onsite so we can claim private health insurance and Medicare Child Dental rebates on the spot.
Our team can provide you with private health fund quotes if further treatment in required.
Which private health funds do you accept?
We accept all major health funds and our practice is a preferred provider for BUPA , Medibank Private, HCF, Teachers Union, Westfund, NIB, NIB OSHC, AAMI, Qantas Assure, APIA, Suncorp, IMAN and GU Health.
Do you have on-site parking and disability access?
Yes, Our dental practice offers street and under cover parking as well as having disability access parking at entry.
